Our client is looking to add a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead cloud infrastructure, automation, and platform reliability for a large-scale enterprise platform. This hands-on role combines architecture, automation, and operational excellence to enable fast, reliable delivery at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage AWS infrastructure with Terraform across dev, staging, and production.
- Build CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and automation tools for rapid deployment and self-service.
- Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters, ensuring platform reliability and performance.
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability (Datadog) for production systems.
- Enforce security best practices, compliance, and secrets management.
- Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization while maintaining performance.
Required Experience
- 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles.
- Expert in Terraform, AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM), and Kubernetes.
- Strong CI/CD and automation skills (GitHub Actions, Python/Bash scripting).
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and incident response (Datadog).
- Linux administration and networking fundamentals.
- Strong documentation, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable
- Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tools.
- Exposure to large-scale SaaS or enterprise environments.
- Cloud security and compliance experience (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Startup experience and ability to work autonomously.
