We are hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical customer journey from pre-sales evaluation through to production deployment. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining solution design, technical leadership, and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and proof-of-concepts
- Partner with sales and customer teams during evaluations
- Design, deploy, and integrate solutions into customer environments
- Transition smoothly from pre-sales into implementation and go-live
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support customer enablement
Required Experience
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Implementation roles
- Strong experience delivering technical demos and POCs
- Solid understanding of modern software architectures (APIs, cloud, databases, containers)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and business stakeholders
- Hands-on troubleshooting and basic coding experience (Python, JS, SQL)
Nice to Have
- Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform exposure
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
- Background in data, security, or governance platforms
