Cpl Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Solutions Architect to join a fast-growing SaaS company in the cybersecurity and resilience space. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to enterprise and partner customers designing, implementing, and supporting scalable technical solutions that ensure successful onboarding and long-term adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to design and deliver tailored technical solutions and integrations.
- Lead technical discussions, understand business needs, and translate them into practical architectures.
- Manage the end-to-end technical delivery of implementations, data integrations, and platform configuration.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and support teams to resolve challenges and enhance solutions.
- Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across the Solutions Architecture function.
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years’ experience in a technical customer-facing role (Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar).
- Solid understanding of APIs, data integration, and analytics.
- Proven ability to design and deliver scalable solutions for enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication skills – able to engage both technical and business audiences.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Bonus: Experience in Python/JavaScript, cybersecurity, or insurance tech.
