Administrator - Immediate start, Dublin 24
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administrator to provide high-quality administrative and operational support within a busy office environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative functions, supporting colleagues and management with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, document preparation, filing, and correspondence management.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal databases and systems as required.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes where necessary.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and follow-up on queries.
- Support procurement, invoicing, and other finance-related administrative processes.
- Manage office supplies, mail, and general administrative logistics.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company policies, data protection, and confidentiality requirements.
Experience required:
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally within a busy office or corporate environment.
- Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a proactive and professional approach.
Qualifications:
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent essential; additional business or administrative qualifications advantageous.
