Cpl HR Recruitment have an exciting opportunity as a Early Careers Recruiter with an Irish global organisation. The role is a 12 month FTC based in Kilkenny
Roles and responsibilities will include:
· End to end ownership of our Early Career Recruitment, working closely with our Talent Development Team
· Planning and executing Graduate, Internship & Apprentice campaigns
· Collaborate with hiring managers
· Manage and maintain candidates through our ATS (Success Factors)
· Coordination of open positions on internal career sites and external jobs boards
· Scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and hiring managers
· Conducting selection interviews with hiring managers
· Ensuring pre-employment recruitment operations are completed in a timely manner: medicals, reference checks and other pre-employment checks
· Liaising with Preferred Supplier Listing of agencies
· Administering psychometric testing and interpretation of feedback
Skills and experience required:
· 3+ years in an Early Careers Recruitment Role
· Ability to display a high degree of professionalism in dealing
· Energy, enthusiasm and drive to make it happen
· Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, innovative environment
· A commitment to quality
