Cpl Healthcare are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to recruit Irish and international nurses and healthcare assistants into permanent roles across Ireland.
About the Role
As a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting Ireland’s healthcare sector by sourcing, screening, and placing high‑quality nursing and HCA talent. You’ll build strong candidate pipelines locally and internationally, guide applicants through every step of the recruitment journey, and collaborate closely with healthcare organisations nationwide.

This position is a full-time permanent job, you will be required to work full time in the office for your first month and then 2 days in the office is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Attraction & Sourcing
- Proactively source Irish and international nurses and healthcare assistants for permanent job opportunities in Ireland.
- Use job boards, social media, referral networks, recruitment campaigns, and international sourcing channels.
- Conduct virtual and in‑person candidate interviews, pre‑screening, and English proficiency assessments where required.
Candidate Management
- Provide end‑to‑end support including CV preparation, interview coaching, and relocation guidance.
- Maintain regular engagement with candidates from registration through to placement.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process in partnership with employers.
Client Partnership
- Work with public and private healthcare organisations to understand staffing needs.
- Present suitable, vetted candidates and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through excellent service delivery.
- Business development
Compliance & Documentation
- Guide international candidates through NMBI registration, work permit, and visa processes.
- Manage all required compliance checks in line with Irish healthcare standards.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records on the CRM.
About You
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Experience in recruitment (healthcare preferred but not essential) or a background in healthcare, HR, customer service, or sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with candidates and clients.
- Excellent organisational ability and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest or experience in international recruitment (advantageous but not required).
