Our multinational consultancy client, in Dublin City Centre, has an exciting requirement for a HR Advisor, for a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible to deliver HR support and advice across career all various business functions. Hybrid working on offer with 2 days onsite and 3 days WFH
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Provide expert knowledge of Human Resources – e.g. career management, performance achievement, compensation, Employee Relations and Ireland Employment Law
- Demonstrate and utilise Excel and Powerpoint, to provide relevant and requested HR data .
- Work in busy, high- volume HR environment
- Manage HR transactions/case load assigned via ticketing system
- Maintain HRIS employee profiles, via Workday
- Escalate requests as required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- HR Qualification, desirable
- HRIS experience
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and organizational skills
- Excellent HR commercial understanding
- Workday knowledge, desirable
