CPL are looking to speak with candidates interested or experienced in HR Administration. There has been a number of these roles come in recently, particularly in East and North Cork:
- Core Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am to 5pm
- Salary: €30,000 - €35,000
- Fully Onsite: 5 days a week
- Immediately available
Responsibilities
- Input and update candidate data on the internal system.
- Ensuring all the required documentation is received from employees and processed.
- Complete regular checks and audits across the HR systems ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Passing relevant information to internal payroll for employees to be paid and support the weekly/monthly payroll process.
- Collate and format reports as requested for the HR function.
- Assist with any/all aspects of the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and develop training systems and procedures.
Key Requirements
- 2+ years experience in HR Administration or similar administration roles.
- Must be proficient in MS Office (word, excel, outlook).
- Experience in using internal systems, CRM or HR training programs.
- Data accuracy and input experience very beneficial.
- Competent working in a busy, hands-on environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
