Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a semi state organisation in recruiting for a HR Business Partner. This position will be part of a wider HR team supporting both on a operations and strategic front. Based in Dublin city, this role will be based in the office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote working.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
- All aspects of HR with day-to-day management
- Support with recruitment and selection
- Guide on all ER and IR related issues
- Partner on various HR projects with the business
- Be responsible for areas such as performance management, succession, retention and culture
- Prepare for annual audits
- Build trust and relationships with stakeholders
Skills and experience required:
- Third level qualification in HR or similar
- Progressive HR experience, ideally in a HRBP capacity
- Must have hands on Irish employment law experience
- Experience in audits and metrics would be an advantage
- Strong recruitment experience
- Advanced HRIS systems would be an advantage, especially BambooHR
