Cpl HR Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced Senior Generalists or HR Business Partners for a position to support managers in delivering a high‑quality HR service across a large, complex environment in a HR Business Partner capacity in South Dublin. This role is ideal for candidates with strong Employee Relations (ER) expertise and those who enjoy advising and coaching.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide expert HR advice to managers on complex ER issues, including grievance, disciplinary, dignity at work and investigations.
- Lead and support organisational change, workforce planning and service transformation initiatives.
- Manage workplace investigations independently and professionally.
- Build strong relationships with managers and staff to support early intervention and positive outcomes.
- Engage with trade unions and represent the organisation at third‑party industrial relations forums.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, HR best practice and performance management processes.
- Analyse HR data (e.g., absence, staffing, workforce trends) to support decision‑making
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 5 years’ HR experience in a Business Partner/Generalist role.
- Strong Irish employment law and ER/IR experience, including trade union engagement.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving and relationship‑building skills.
- HR qualification and/or CIPD membership.
- Experience in healthcare or public sector is an advantage
