Our financial services client in Dubin City Centre have an exciting requirement for a HR Generalist for a 12-month maternity leave contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for day to day HR support across recruitment, payroll, ER, employee engagement and payroll & benefits. Hybrid working on offer with 1-2 says onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- First point of contact HR queries from management and employees, aligned to HR policies and employment law
- Maintain HR data and reporting
- Monitor HR processes including Performance Management, Induction and Onboarding & Offboarding
- Support recruitment processes
- Preparation of monthly payroll and administration of pension and healthcare schemes
- Organise training plans, monitor training needs
- Participate in the Compensation and Benefit reviews
- Support development of our Employer Branding and Engagement
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 3+ years’ HR Experience
- Degree in Human Resources
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in a professional services environment (Highly desirable_
