Role responsibilities will include:
- Analysing data to enhance the current HR offering
- Lead future HR projects
- Manage multiple sites with varying elements of complexities
- Meet with current and potential clients
- Deliver on the agreed HR strategy
- Support and develop wider team
Skills and competencies required:
- 3+ years in a HR manager position
- Experience supporting multiple locations
- Hands on experience with redeployment, TUPE or redundancy processes
- Full and clean drivers licence
- Excellent communication skill
- Strong strategic planning experience
