HR Manager

Cpl recruitment are exclusively recruiting for a HR Manager reporting to the Head of HR in supporting a wider team of HRBPs, with a consultancy and outsourcing organisation. This fantastic opportunity will support multiple sites and will give the right candidate the ability to showcase their leadership skills through coaching and mentoring.

Role responsibilities will include:

Analysing data to enhance the current HR offering
Lead future HR projects
Manage multiple sites with varying elements of complexities
Meet with current and potential clients
Deliver on the agreed HR strategy
Support and develop wider team

Skills and competencies required:

3+ years in a HR manager position
Experience supporting multiple locations
Hands on experience with redeployment, TUPE or redundancy processes
Full and clean drivers licence
Excellent communication skill
Strong strategic planning experience
