HR Manager – Permanent – South Dublin
An exciting opportunity for a HR Manager, for a permanent opportunity in South Dublin, with hybrid working on offer. The job holder must be a commercially minded self-starter and will have key accountability for managing HR’s relationship with the business. The HR Manager will work with senior leaders and their direct reports to drive key HR operational issues which impact client engagement and business performance.
The purpose of the role is to work in partnership with the organization and leadership teams across the business with particular emphasis on managing the day-to-day operational activities in driving the people agenda. The role will partner with various stakeholders such as team leaders and management across the full range of HR activities. This role will also work with the wider HR and ER team on a variety of multi-disciplinary projects/responsibilities and ensure appropriate delivery into the Enterprise Pillar.
The job holder will be an integral part of the business and will need to understand every aspect of the business and have a high level of commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
General
· Ensure the correct implementation of all HR policies and procedures by providing accurate and timely guidance to management and employees, assuring compliance with HR Policies and local legislation
· Periodically, manage and co-ordinate projects to roll out key initiatives across all employee engagement activities
· Support the pillars in the overall design of key HR/People processes when supporting client engagement projects
Employee Relations
· Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers by providing expert, balanced, and solutions-focused guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters. This includes disciplinary issues, grievance handling, performance concerns, absence management, and conflict resolution, ensuring adherence to company policy, legal requirements, and best practice.
· Take ownership of complex or sensitive employee relations cases, ensuring fair, transparent, and legally compliant processes are followed.
· Work closely with the Employee Relations Manager across all aspects of the role to ensure compliance and accurate case documentation and management.
· Provide coaching to managers to enhance their capability and confidence in handling people matters independently.
· Support the business with performance management issues.
· Work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive early intervention strategies, promote constructive manager–employee dialogue, and support a culture of accountability and high performance.
· Support the business during organisational change activities, including business acquisitions, restructures, and transfers, ensuring full compliance with TUPE regulations and other statutory requirements while maintaining clear and supportive communication with affected employees.

· Participate in a variety of people programmes that drive overall engagement across the group this includes [but not limited to] the following: Diversity, Equality and Inclusion, Employee Wellbeing, CSR, Sustainability
· Collaborate with the Group HR team to champion a positive, inclusive, open, and high-trust culture.
Learning & Development
· Works closely with the L&D team to identify training and development needs in conjunction with business leaders and ensures that L&D requirements are delivered to the business
· Drive all e-learning platforms across business areas to drive performance and engagement of our people
Compliance
· Support the review, update, and implementation of HR policies and employment-related documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with statutory requirements and evolving business needs.
· Support organisational change initiatives, including restructures, shift changes, business acquisitions, and operational transformations, ensuring people impacts are fully assessed, risks are mitigated, and communication plans are clear and inclusive.
· Provide expert HR guidance on change-related processes such as consultation, redundancy, transfers, reorganisation planning, and job redesign, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements.
Flexibility
· Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment, adjusting priorities and approaches as business needs evolve while maintaining a high standard of HR service delivery.
Person Specification
· CIPD qualified
· Bachelor's degree; preferably in Human Resources, business or related field
· 6+ years of broad HR knowledge in a professional environment
· Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
· Sound working knowledge of Employment Law in Ireland.
