HR Specialist/Administrator
For this position, we work with one of the 10 largest IT service providers worldwide with over 200,000 employees supporting over 900 of the Fortune 1000 in over 65 countries. Due to the recent growth, an HR administrator is now being appointed for the Berlin location.
What would you do?:
- Data entry, data updates
- Manager-based transactions, including document management,
- HR-based transactions, among others
- Managing compensation data, supporting the compensation cycle and compensation reports
- Reporting - (ad-hoc, basis), country-specific administrative activity
- Audit management - support of internal/external audits
- Escalation management
What do you need to have?:
- C1 knowledge of English and German
- Bachelor's or comparable degree in a relevant field
- 2 min. years of experience in the German human resources sector
- Organizational skills and good time management
- Valid work permit
