Cpl Recruitment have an exciting requirement for an experienced Organisational Development Executive, with 3 + years’ experience, for a 12-month Fixed Term contract with a Public Sector Organisation. The successful candidate will provide support to the Organisational Development (OD) function and contribute to multiple projects. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
· Provide administrative and operational support for the OD team across all activities.
· Assist in the delivery of OD projects, including change management, culture initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
· Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives
· Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for OD projects and activities.
· Contribute to research and analysis to inform OD strategies and decision-making.
· Handle ad hoc duties and tasks as required to support the HR and OD function.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
· Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar Organisational Development, HR, or related role.
· Experience supporting projects and initiatives within HR or OD functions.
· Familiarity with change management, employee engagement, and learning & development practices.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR systems.
· Relevant third-level qualification in HR, Organisational Development, Business, or related discipline.
