Our multinational technology client, in Dublin City Centre, has an exciting requirement for a Recruiter or an 11-month contact. Hybrid working on offer with 3 days onsite. The successful candidate will be responsible for the sourcing, screening, interviewing and placement of top talent, primarily for high volume, sales roles.
Responsibilities Required
· Management of full recruitment lifecycle.
· Continuous outreach to passive candidates to build a strong talent pool
· Stakeholder management with key business management, to support hiring needs
· Delivery against hiring metrics and targets
· Sourcing top talent using creative methods and sourcing tools
· Drive process improvement and identify areas of improvement for positive candidates experience and efficiencies Continually drive technology, process and teamwork efforts to enhance the recruitment process and unlock efficiencies.
Experience Required
· 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
· BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience
· Experience in recruiting for Sales roles in EMEA markets
· Experience using applicant tracking system and RPS
· In-house recruitment experience, desirable
· Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
