Senior HR Administrator – Permanent – North Dublin
Seeking a Senior HR Administrator to join a Construction Organisation on a permanent contract
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment process from start to finish, supporting managers in interviewing roles at all levels, including short-listing CVs and participating in interview panels
• Administer employee data
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries
• Assist supervisors in performance management process and Employee Relations issues, including disciplinary and absence management
• Prepare documentation for employees to include illness benefits, holidays entitlement, written references
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
• Oversee self-service HR system transactions and be first point of contact for TMS
• To support with internal HR processes such as redundancies, restructuring and reorganisation
Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years’ HR experience
• Full drivers’ licence and car
• Working knowledge of employment legislation and best practice in Ireland
• Experience of working within a fast paced and diverse working environment
