I am recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join a high-performing team on a 12-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to support strategic people initiatives during a period of transformation and growth.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead key HR processes including performance management, compensation reviews, and engagement initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance to enhance leadership capability and team effectiveness.
- Drive talent strategies including succession planning, recruitment, and retention.
- Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Manage employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Collaborate with HR specialists to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Experience and skills required:
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior HR role, ideally within financial services or a regulated professional industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation in Ireland
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic change.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Agile, proactive, and passionate about delivering results through people.
