Cpl HR recruitment is looking to speak with experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists for an 18 month contract with an Irish owned organisation based in Dublin City. This is a hands‑on role owning end‑to‑end recruitment and partnering closely with managers supporting the business needs.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment from briefing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and plan workforce needs
- Source and screen candidates across multiple functions
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Manage offers and support new‑hire onboarding
- Champion an inclusive, positive candidate experience
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in professional services or public sector space
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple roles
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
- Passion for delivering a great candidate and employee experience
