Cpl HR recruitment is looking to speak with experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists in the finance space for an 18 month contract with an Irish owned organisation based in Dublin City. This is a hands‑on role, owning end‑to‑end recruitment and partnering closely with managers supporting the business needs. As this is a newly created position, there is a very high possibility that the role could be made permanent.
Roles and responsibilities will include:
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment from briefing to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and plan workforce needs
- Source and screen candidates across multiple functions
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth hiring process
- Manage offers and support new‑hire onboarding
- Champion an inclusive, positive candidate experience
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in professional services or public sector space
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple roles
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
- Passion for delivering a great candidate and employee experience
