Our Pharmaceutical client has an exciting requirement for an experienced for Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the TA function, with a specific focus on manufacturing vacancies. Responsibilities will encompass all duties from candidate attraction to onboarding of talent, providing continuous recruitment guidance and support to various business units. Hybrid working on offer with 4 days onsite and 1 day work from home. Options to work in various office locations across Ireland.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED
- Support the design and development of the TA function.
- Providing TA support to business leaders throughout recruitment process
- Working to ensure headcount recruitment plan is followed and achieved
- Supporting pre-boarding & onboarding programme for new hires
- Co-ordinate sourcing strategies and plan
- Management of ATS
- Ensure constant positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Creation of comprehensive job descriptions
- TA Metrics reporting
- Lead and support key business projects as required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically manufacturing/engineering recruitment experience
- Experience working in TA within a large, fast paced organisation
- Significant expertise in TA systems and processes.
- Demonstrable ability to influence senior managers and build strong relationships
- Degree qualified in Human Resources or other relevant education
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
