The Role
As an Account Executive, you will own and grow relationships with enterprise customers, leading strategic sales engagements and positioning cloud solutions to solve real business challenges. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, driving long-term value for customers while delivering sustainable revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
Account & Customer Management
- Own end-to-end account responsibility, managing software and cloud subscription sales.
- Build trusted executive relationships and develop strategic account plans.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer goals, technology landscapes, and competitive environments.
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
- Build and manage a strong, progressing sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing, inside sales, and partners to generate and advance opportunities.
- Leverage a broad portfolio of enterprise and industry solutions to meet customer needs.
Sales Excellence
- Identify white-space, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and large transactions.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline, and customer data within CRM systems.
Virtual Team Leadership
- Orchestrate cross-functional, virtual teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Ensure internal teams and partners are aligned and well-prepared for customer engagements.
- Maximise value from a strong internal sales and solution support ecosystem.
What You Bring
- Experience selling complex enterprise software or IT solutions.
- Proven success managing large deals and long sales cycles in competitive markets.
- Strong negotiation skills, including renewals, expansions, and subscription-based sales.
- Fluency in Business English; additional languages are a plus.
