Accounts Assistant – Portadown
Cpl NI is working with a leading business to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their growing team.
You will work with the wider accounts department on a variety of finance and administrative tasks.
Duties:
· Allocating incoming payments to customer accounts and reconciling discrepancies.
· Handling customer queries regarding payments
· Managing customer accounts to ensure timely payment
· Processing supplier invoices
· Preparation of supplier payment runs
· Use of document management system and maintain digital filing processes
Criteria:
· 2+ years of experience in a similar role
· Experience working in accounts payable and accounts receivable
· Computer literacy and Microsoft Excel
· Previous experience with CIS and subcontractor invoicing processes is desirable.
