The Accounts Assistant will support the finance team with a strong focus on accounts receivable and general accounting administration, while working closely with operational teams on-site.
The role is a temporary contract initially with a strong view to permanency.

- Hours: 08:30 – 17:00
- Location: Cork City (near Marina Market) (on-site parking available)
Key Responsibilities
- Daily management of accounts-related email inbox
- Sales invoicing of customers
- Uploading sales invoices to customer portals
- Following up on customer purchase orders
- Posting and allocating bank receipts in Sage
- Issuing monthly sales statements to customers
- Debt collection and debtor account management
- Preparing bank lodgements
- Answering incoming calls and liaising with the operations team
- Providing support to accounts payable and finance colleagues as required
- Assisting the Company Accountant with ad-hoc finance duties
