Servisource, part of the Cpl Group, wishes to appoint an Associate Recruiter to join our existing team. This is a maternity cover contract. The potential candidate will be supporting the Manager and the wider team in the ongoing coordination of projects.
The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable and a problem solver with a positive, enthusiastic attitude. The right person for this job will be driven to succeed. This job is fast paced and would suit someone who enjoys a challenge, to achieve optimum results and high calibre staffing solutions for our candidates.
Duties of the role include but are not limited to the following;
· Supporting the candidate compliance process to ensure standards are fully met prior to placement.
· Liaising with clients in relation to placing newly compliant candidates.
· Logging all activities on Salesforce to ensure adequate and regular updates are provided to management.
· Screening candidates and scheduling interviews for the 360 Recruiters as and when required.
· Assisting with employee queries to ensure that they are resolved without delay.
· Ensuring all staff are fully compliant adhering to company standards prior to placement with a client.
· Ensuring that all staff are following timesheet policy and procedural guidelines to ensure payroll efficiency.
· Dealing with payroll enquiries directly from staff, liaising with payroll and delivering query outcome to staff.
· Adequately liaising with the Compliance and Training Departments to ensure on-going mandatory training requirements are fulfilled and compliance documentation are up to date.
· Working closely with the overall Team to complete any administrative tasks that maybe required.
· Ensure that all internal systems are being used to full capacity and that all contact with client and temp are logged adequately.
· Sourcing candidates of varied staffing disciplines through marketing, advertising, social media etc.
· Constantly striving to meet weekly KPI’s and quarterly targets as set out.
Role Requirements
· Prior recruitment and/or strong administrative experience is essential
· Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets/KPI’s set
· Excellent organisation, interpersonal, communication and follow up skills
· High level of attention to detail
- Ability to build, develop and maintain key relationships
· The ability to listen and guide and coordinate staff efficiently
- Capability to manage time effectively and prioritise workload
· Cultivating relationships with existing clients and building new client relationships
· Proficient user of Microsoft Office package
