What will the job involve?
- Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing and managing client/business relationships, selling our recruitment services and negotiating the rates of business. You will have to assess and respond to the needs of each client or assignment and ensure timely delivery.
- You will develop and manage your own client portfolio and source the most suitable candidates. You’ll need to be ambitious, and sales driven, thriving under pressure and responding positively to targets. You’ll need to be passionate about people so you can match the right person to the right job.
- Furthermore, you should be highly ambitious, outgoing, passionate, energetic, and team oriented. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as an entrepreneurial spirit
What do we need from you?
- Previous recruitment experience an advantage
- Previous experience dealing with Senior professionals and clients
- Previous experience working towards revenue Targets
- Passion for or experience identifying and screening candidates
- Track record of working towards sales targets
- Effective strategic thinking and problem solving
- Evidence of building candidate relationships and managing a network of talent
- Demonstrates ability for effective cross group collaboration
- Active participation in a positive teamwork environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
- BA/BS degree in business, communications, human resources or related discipline desirable
