Bid Coordinator
Location: Dublin (Hybrid) 2 days in Dublin HQ
Type: Full-time, Permanent
If you’re someone who thrives on process, takes pride in keeping things organised, and genuinely cares about quality — this role was built for you.
The Group Bids & Tenders function at Cpl manages, coordinates, and produces formal bids, tenders, and strategic proposals across the organisation. The team is responsible for both overseeing the bid process and directly writing high quality submissions, ensuring every proposal is compliant, well structured, and delivered on time through effective governance, process management, and collaboration across multiple departments.
As a Bid Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting this function by managing the day to day coordination of bid activity — tracking milestones, ensuring deadlines are met, maintaining data accuracy, and keeping stakeholders aligned. Your organisational skills and proactive approach will help the team deliver excellence across every submission.
What You’ll Do
• Coordinate and track activities across the full bid lifecycle, maintaining progress, deadlines, and approvals.
• Manage and update records in bid management and tracking systems.
• Support bid reporting by gathering, validating, and analysing submission data.
• Conduct compliance checks to ensure all proposals are complete and submission ready.
• Maintain templates, checklists, and documentation to improve standardisation.
• Capture outcomes and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to keep the bid process running smoothly.
What You’ll Bring
• 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative, coordination, compliance, or operations support role
• Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills.
• A proactive, dependable approach to managing deadlines.
• Confidence using a variety of systems and digital tools to stay organised and on track.
• Clear written communication skills
• An interest in process, structure, and delivering high quality work
Experience in bid coordination, project administration, or another organised, detail focused role would be a plus — but what matters most is your willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team.
