Business Development Advisor – Italian or French Speaker

A global e-commerce organization is redefining commerce through real-time, interactive shopping experiences and is looking for Italian- or French-speaking Business Development Advisors to join its sales team in Dublin 15. In this high-impact role, you will own new seller acquisition for a rapidly growing live commerce platform, sourcing, pitching, and closing high-potential SMB sellers across priority categories.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end acquisition of net-new SMB sellers, from outbound sourcing and qualification through value articulation and deal close.
- Build, manage, and convert a high-quality acquisition pipeline with strong prioritization, disciplined follow-up, and consistent execution against targets.
- Partner with Onboarding & Activation, and Customer Success teams to ensure clean, well-documented handoffs that set sellers up for success.
- Leverage seller insights and live commerce trends to refine acquisition strategies and inform stakeholders.
- Act as the face of the platform to emerging and established SMB sellers, translating their value into compelling live commerce opportunities.
What you bring
- Fluent Italian or French, with strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- 1+ year of sales, business development, account acquisition, or similar commercial experience.
- Demonstrated ability to drive acquisition outcomes through disciplined sales execution and guiding prospects through discovery to close.
- Strong judgment in assessing seller fit, readiness, and long-term value; skilled at prioritization balancing speed, quality, and impact.
- Results-driven and resilient mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with ambiguity and rejection.
- Highly organized with attention to detail in pipeline management, deal documentation, and internal handoffs.
