Business Manager – Orthopaedic & Wound Care

We’re looking for a strategic, people-focused Business Manager to lead a high-performing national sales team in the fast-growing orthopaedic and wound care market. This role offers the chance to drive market growth, inspire talented field professionals, and strengthen key relationships across Ireland’s healthcare system.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Coach, mentor, and motivate a nationwide sales team, regularly joining them in the field.
- Drive Growth: Create and execute business strategies that expand market share and deliver on ambitious revenue targets.
- Own the Numbers: Manage P&L, budgets, and forecasts to ensure strong financial performance.
- Expand Market Reach: Spot opportunities, close gaps, and secure new business.
- Build Partnerships: Cultivate and deepen relationships with healthcare decision-makers and key stakeholders, including HSE contacts.
- Protect & Grow Key Accounts: Safeguard major accounts where a single supplier represents the majority of business.
What You Bring
- Leadership Experience: 5+ years managing and developing teams within the medical or healthcare sector.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability in business planning, P&L management, and market development.
- Relationship Builder: Strong network within Irish healthcare—existing HSE connections a plus.
- Flexibility: Comfortable with nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays.
