Previous experience as a Catering Assistant in Ireland with good communication and time management skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team. Good spoken English and professional approach to work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize food and kitchen areas.
- Serve breakfast to patients and collect trays.
- Assist with food counter setup and service.
- Follow portion control and check food temperatures.
- Keep counters tidy and replenish items during service.
- Complete additional duties as required.
- Follow HACCP standards and document all cleaning.
Requirements:
- Garda Vetting.
- Manual Handling (training can be provided).
- HACCP knowledge essential (training can be provided).
