Hungarian (or multilingual) Professionals – Communication Operations Analyst (Dublin)

Our client, a world-leading social media and technology company, is looking for motivated professionals with customer-facing or communication experience to join their growing Communication Operations team in Dublin.

Main Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve reported issues submitted via the ticketing system, such as account support requests or potentially abusive content.
- Enforce the client’s Terms of Use by carefully monitoring and reviewing reports of policy violations.
- Stay informed and up to date on the client’s products, community standards, and processes.
- Gather, analyse, and utilise data to identify ways to improve the overall user experience.
- Recognise trends and patterns in reported content and escalate complex or policy-sensitive issues to the global team.
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest process improvements.
- Review and handle sensitive content with discretion, professionalism, and resilience.

Language Requirements:
- Fluent to near-native level (C1–C2) in your market language, with a deep understanding of the region’s culture and social context.
- Advanced level of English (C1).
