Main responsibilities:
- Investigating and resolving reported issues (inquiries via ticketing system), such as requests for account support or potentially abusive content
- Enforcing client’s Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the platform
- Becoming and remaining knowledgeable about the client’s products and community standards
- Using Hebrew market–specific knowledge, cultural insights, and social trends to find scalable solutions to better support the user community
- Gathering, analysing, and utilising relevant data to improve the overall user experience
- Recognising trends and patterns and escalating issues outside company policy to the global team
- Identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions

Language Skills: *
- Fluent Hebrew (C1–C2) in both written and spoken communication, with an in-depth understanding of Israeli/Hebrew-speaking culture and social trends
- Advanced level of English (C1)

Contract:
Full-time, permanent contract with Covalen
Compensation:
- €31,000 per year base salary
- Performance bonus of up to 10% of annual salary
- Evening shift: 25% salary uplift for late hours (10pm–2am)
- Evening shift: €12 per day (before tax) travel allowance

Working Hours:
Candidates choose between:
- Day shift: 9am – 5:30pm
- Evening shift: 6pm – 2am
No shift rotations. Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and bank holidays.
