I’m urgently recruiting for a Corporate Pensions Administrator here in Dublin city-centre. You will be joining a company that provides life assurance, pensions, and long-terms savings in the UKI market.
What will you be doing:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our Business Managers, Advisers, Trustees and clients.
- Support members, policy holders and Trustees through their pension saving journey.
- Have a working knowledge of all relevant regulatory/disclosure requirements pertaining to Occupational Pensions and help ensure they’re adhered to e.g. Trustee Annual Reports, Pension Benefit Statements, IORPS requirements.
- Help customers understand their options available depending on their individual circumstances and work history.
What we will need from you:
- 1- 2 years’ Occupational Pension/ Individual Pension experience.
- English + Native (or near-native) level in German and/or Dutch
A few extra information:
- Permanent contract
- Hybrid working-model, 2days in the office (After initial training period of 6-8 weeks)
- Office in city-centre (Stephens Green)
- Salary 35k-50k depending on experience
- Lunch allowance: €1,700 per year – payable via payroll
- Medical allowance: €225 per year – payable via payroll
- Pension – Employer core contribution of 10% with 1:1 matching up to 2%
- Annual leave: 30 days (inclusive of 7 public holidays)
