An opportunity has become available for a Corporate/Finance Solicitor and the role will be considered on a full AND part time basis depending on candidate requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of department and in a firm who are very relationship focused and open to hearing your contributions and ideas.
You'll join a reputable practice, with access to really high quality work/clients, and at a time where there is ambitious growth plans and a lot of exciting things happening. You may be 2 or 3 years qualified into a Corporate/Finance seat and looking for your next move, or perhaps a part time role suits your life better right now- the conversation can be had.
If you are experienced in either Corporate and/or Finance law - reach out for a confidential conversation. Working mainly across corporate lending and real estate, you'll gain excellent exposure with a varied and interesting workload. The role is mostly to ensure capacity to cover the existing workload so expect to work with SMEs, larger corporates and high net worth individuals. Work you will get involved in will include, but is not limited to, company sales and purchases, financing of assets and properties etc.
