CRM & Marketing Automation Executive
Cpl Marketing are recruiting for an experienced CRM & Marketing Automation Executive for a Global Marketing Agency on a permanent contract on a hybrid model based in Dublin City.
In this role, you will review clients’ existing email marketing efforts, gain a deep understanding of their business and customers, and develop and implement improved strategies that deliver exceptional results. You will manage all components of email marketing campaigns, including market research, automation setup, list management, A/B testing, copywriting, email design, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities:
· Review and assess legacy email campaigns, identifying key strengths and areas for improvement
· Develop a wide range of email strategies across ecommerce, B2B, lead nurturing, newsletters, and more
· Implement effective audience segmentation strategies
· Maintain and manage customer lists and databases
· Plan, design, and build automated flows and campaigns
· Write compelling email copy and create engaging email templates
· Oversee campaign performance, optimisation, and reporting
· Stay informed on changes in the digital landscape—such as third-party cookie deprecation and data privacy legislation—and educate clients accordingly
· Communicate strategy, project updates, and results to clients and internal teams
· Identify opportunities for both new and existing clients to drive business growth through email
· Prepare and deliver proposals to prospective clients
Requirements:
· 2+ years of experience managing email campaigns and automations
· Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo and its full platform capabilities
· Experience with additional recognised email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, etc.) is an advantage
· Familiarity with Google Analytics and dedicated email reporting tools
· Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
· BSc/BA degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
· Experience in other digital marketing channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO) is a plus
· Previous experience in an agency environment is also considered a plus
