I am recruiting for a passionate person who is fluent in German, English and French for a role as a Customer Support Representative for a medical tech and pharmaceutical company based in Friedrichsdorf, Hesse.

Your Main Responsibilities
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone or online.
• Provide product, pricing, and delivery information.
• Process orders, accounts, and requests.
• Manage customer accounts and databases.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Perform customer verifications
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
Your Required Skills and Experiences
• Requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience or a AA with 2-4 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and listening skills.
• Problem analysis, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Data collection, ordering, adaptability, and initiative.
• Knowledge of ophthalmology is a plus.
• Strong computer skills with experience using Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and basic use of a fully integrated manufacturing/inventory/finance system
• Fluent in German, English, and French
