CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST – DUTCH SPEAKER (HYBRID, GALWAY)

This is a permanent, hybrid opportunity for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a European Customer Services team, acting as a key point of contact for customers and distributors across Europe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and key distributors across Europe
- Process customer orders accurately via the CRM system (email, phone, fax, and online)
- Proactively communicate with customers on order status, queries, and updates
- Review and manage open customer orders on a daily basis
- Investigate and resolve order processing issues, working cross-functionally where required
- Handle email, fax, and telephone enquiries related to pricing, inventory, delivery, and general queries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data within SAP and other systems
- Maintain and update customer account information and communicate changes to the sales team
- Stay informed on products, inventory levels, promotions, and special requirements
- Escalate issues and potential risks to the Customer Services Team Lead
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and share ideas across the team
- Liaise with warehouse and supply chain teams regarding inventory and escalations
- Prepare customer and internal reports as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Comply with Quality Management System (QMS), ISO, FDA, and other regulatory requirements
- Carry out all duties in line with company policies and procedures
- Demonstrate professional behavior at all times
- Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Dutch speaker (essential)

- Professional email etiquette
- SAP or ERP system experience is a strong advantage
- Previous customer service experience preferred (healthcare industry an advantage but not essential)
