🧩 What You’ll Do
🔹 Act as the first point of contact for customers
🔹 Own and resolve queries end-to-end, with clear documentation
🔹 Deliver a high-quality, human customer experience
🔹 Identify trends and suggest process improvements
🔹 Collaborate closely with internal teams
🎯 What We’re Looking For
🔹 Full fluency in French and Spanish OR Portuguese + strong English (3 languages needed!)
🔹 A customer-first mindset and sense of urgency
🔹 Confidence working with technology systems
🔹 Strong communication skills across cultures
🔹 Positive, reliable, and proactive approach with interest in long-term growth
