German Product Expert | Dublin (Hybrid) | €40-€60k DOE
We’re recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing international SaaS company at the forefront of marketing automation and customer data technology. Their platform helps well-known e-commerce brands deliver highly personalized customer journeys, and they’re now expanding their customer-facing operations in Dublin.
As part of this growth, the company is building a brand-new Product Expert team and is seeking German-speaking professionals to support customers across the EMEA region. This role is based in Dublin with a flexible hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 remote), offering the chance to work in a collaborative, modern tech environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth expertise in a leading SaaS product
- Provide high-quality support to German-speaking customers via live chat and email
- Investigate and resolve product, workflow, and account-related queries
- Explain solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical users
- Assist customers with wider questions around marketing, sales, and e-commerce use cases
- Log issues and resolutions to improve internal documentation and knowledge sharing
- Work with AI-powered tools to help shape smarter support processes
What We’re Looking For
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within tech or SaaS
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to perform well in a KPI-driven, fast-moving environment
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (8am–4pm or 10am–6pm)
- Full right to work in Ireland (no visa sponsorship available)
Desirable Skills
- Technical knowledge such as APIs, integrations, or basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Background in MarTech, e-commerce, or SaaS platforms
- Experience using ticketing/support systems (e.g. Zendesk or similar)
- Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable mindset
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving
