About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Social Care Manager to support and guide a dedicated team, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment is consistently provided for all young people in residential care.
Requirements:
- Full, clean driving licence
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential services for young people
- A relevant Level 7 qualification (or higher) in one of the following areas:
- Social Care
- Social Work
- Psychology (Level 8)
- Child & Adult Psychotherapy
- Youth & Community Work
- Teaching
- Nursing
- Social Science
- Counselling
- Addiction Studies
