Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with a leading disability services provider are seeking applicants for the role of Director of Nursing / Transformation Lead
The Director of Nursing / Transformation Lead will provide senior leadership and operational direction during a significant programme of service transition and regulatory transformation, ensuring services are aligned with HIQA regulations, best practice standards, and a person-centred model of care.
This role will be central to driving organisational change, strengthening governance systems, and supporting to achieve sustainable compliance and improved outcomes for people with intellectual disabilities.
Candidates must meet the following criteria relevant to the role:
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Health Act 2007–2013, HIQA Standards, and New Directions, as well as the broader regulatory frameworks governing disability services in Ireland.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Care or relevant qualification at degree level or equivalent.
- Master’s degree in Health Care, Quality, Risk, Governance or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in disability, social care, or healthcare services, including at least 5 years’ experience in a management position.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with advanced report writing ability and experience preparing reports for Senior Management and Board Committees.
- Strong project management and change management skills, with proven ability to prioritise competing demands, meet deadlines, and deliver outcomes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and promote collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Full, clean driving licence and access to own transport, as the role requires travel between sites.
Salary and qualifications are in accordance with Department of Health consolidated pay scales: Director of Nursing in line with experience.
