Senior Staff Engineer – C# .NET
Fully Remote in Ireland
We are exclusively partnering with a global cybersecurity SaaS platform delivering enterprise grade Identity and Access Management solutions used by large scale organisations worldwide.
This is a fully remote role within Ireland.
This is not a routine developer position. It is for an experienced engineer who thrives in complexity, enjoys deep technical problem solving, and takes ownership of systems end to end.
The Opportunity
This role is approximately 90 percent hands on engineering and 10 percent DevOps collaboration.
You will:
• Dive into large scale C# and .NET systems and troubleshoot complex production issues
• Investigate cross service problems spanning APIs, databases, infrastructure and CI CD pipelines
• Refactor legacy components to improve scalability, reliability and maintainability
• Act as a senior technical reference point within the team
• Work closely with DevOps on deployment, observability and runtime optimisation
• Contribute to architectural discussions and modernisation efforts
This role suits someone who believes if you build it, you should understand how it runs in production.

• 8 plus years commercial engineering experience
• Deep debugging expertise across distributed and monolithic systems
