Responsibilities
• Working as a consultant on assigned projects in finance, insurance, or fintech field
• Assisting Insurance clients' management in achieving strategic and operational goals
• Establishing business concepts and timelines for implementation
• Assuming content ownership in project topic domains
• Working on-site for parts at the client's location
Requirements
• First practical full-time experience in the financial industry: banking, insurance, sales, fintech
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology from a reputable university
• Excellent analytical and conceptual capabilities
• Strong English communication skills, knowledge of French or German is a plus
• Consulting experience is an advantage
• IT affinity and profound MS Office skills; hands-on programming and project management experience is a big plus
• Demonstrated ability to operate as part of a team and social competence
Brutto’s base salary will depend on the working experience, professional qualification and skills of the candidate. The advertised amount is the minimum salary offered for this role and does not include bonuses, benefits, or a variable part of the salary.
