Our client in Dublin 11 has an immediate need for a Finance Manager to start asap.
The role is onsite ( Dublin 11) – with one day from home following training.
The role reports to the MD.
Day to day tasks will include:
· Processing of all accounts payable, accounts receivable, staff expenses and bank transactions, along with managing each area
· Payroll: Monthly payroll including commission calculation
· Management accounts: Preparation of the monthly accounts
· Month end postings- accurals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
· Cashflow: Weekly cashflow management
· Manage invoices and payments for each project, including variations; calculate margin on each project as it is completed.
· Credit control
· Management: Liaising with management team on key business decisions when needed
The ideal candidate will be:
· A Qualified Accountant/Finalist or QBE
· Knowledge of Sage 50
· Some payroll knowledge
· Available asap
