Fund Accounting Administrators:

Our client is seeking Fund Accounting Administrators to join their organisation on a permanent basis. Our client is a global financial services company that operates in over 36 countries worldwide.
Job Description:
· The timely and accurate preparation and review of various elements of Net Asset Value production and validation process for a number of funds/fund ranges within deadline
· Ensuring completion of specified tasks per procedures and NAV checklists.
· Strict adherence to internal and external deadlines including monitoring of delivery from internal teams to Fund Accounting
· Understanding the team deliverables and working as part of a large team to ensure internal and external SLA’s are met
· Participating in month end/year end deliverables
· Attend and participate in team meetings
Requirements:
· We are looking for students, graduates (from various faculties) and professionals who want to develop their knowledge in the area of finance.
· Fluency in English (speaking and writing) with
· BA or MA degree (from various faculties) or equivalent work experience
· IT Literate
· Interest in, and a basic knowledge of, financial markets
· Motivated to acquire knowledge, develop and advance
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Strong attention to detail and well organized
· Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
· Ability to be flexible and work effectively both within a team structure and independently
· Strong inter-personal skills
· Good initiative tempered with identifying when escalation is required.
· Reliable, dependable and committed
· Take ownership of designated tasks
· Proficiency in Microsoft excel preferred
