We are seeking Hebrew speakers (C2 level) with strong cultural awareness and up-to-date knowledge of Israel and Hebrew-speaking communities to join an exciting project with a global leader in social media and digital platforms. As a Generative AI Annotator, you will take on an investigative and analytical role—thinking like an end user, generating prompts in both English and Hebrew, and testing the platform’s ability to respond accurately and responsibly. Your understanding of Hebrew language nuances, culture, and current trends will be essential in evaluating AI outputs and helping to build smarter, more culturally relevant AI interactions.
Responsibilities
- Create and test prompts in English and Hebrew to explore AI capabilities and limitations.
- Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness.
- Research and fact-check information, particularly related to Israel, Hebrew language usage, and regional current affairs.
- Provide structured feedback to improve annotation workflows and overall model quality.
- Identify patterns, recurring issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of internal guidelines and best practices.
Candidate Profile
- Native or near-native Hebrew speaker (C2 level) with strong cultural understanding of Israel and Hebrew-speaking audiences.
- High level of English proficiency (C1 CEFR or higher).
- Minimum education requirement: Level 7 (undergraduate degree or equivalent).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of social norms, digital culture, and current trends within Hebrew-speaking communities.
- Curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
