I’m looking for German Technical Support Engineers to join a forward-thinking Technology company, one that specialises in large Data Service and Management, and that gives you the opportunity to work from the beautiful city of Cork in Ireland !
What’s the role?
• Providing Technical Support via telephone, web or auto support.
• Researching customer issues in a timely manner and follow up directly with the Customers with recommendations & action plans.
• Collaborating with other Technical Support Engineers who may need assistance working a case; utilise your area of expertise to help them in order to facilitate solutions and most quickly for customers.
• Escalating cases to other more senior Technical Support Engineers and/or Escalation Engineers when the problem is too complex or falls out of specific areas of expertise.
An extra few information:
• Salary 46.000€-51.000€
• Hybrid model, office in Cork City.
• Relocation package provided (flights and temporarily accommodation covered, up to 4k).

• Native German
• Prior experience in Tech and Customer Support
