Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage the compliance function, ensuring alignment with Irish and European regulatory standards.
· Design and implement best-in-class compliance frameworks, risk controls, and reporting systems.
· Serve as the principal point of contact with all regulatory authorities and external stakeholders.
· Oversee internal audits and risk assessments, ensuring timely remediation and continuous improvement.
· Provide strategic compliance insight and support to senior executives and cross-functional teams.
About You
· A relevant third-level qualification or professional certification (e.g. Professional Diploma in Compliance).
· Proven track record in a senior compliance role within financial services, ideally with brokerage or lending sector experience.
· Strong working knowledge of key regulatory areas such as AML/CTF, GDPR, and the Consumer Protection Code.
· Confident leader with exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust across the organisation.
· Solutions-oriented and commercially aware, with the ability to adapt compliance strategies to evolving business needs.
