IT & Business Solutions Manager – Limerick (On-Site)
A well-established international business with a strong presence in Ireland is seeking an IT & Business Solutions Manager to join its Head Office team in Limerick.

You’ll lead local IT operations, collaborate with senior leadership on business process transformation, and deliver key infrastructure and systems projects.
About the Role
This position offers a dual focus: managing local IT infrastructure (with one direct report) and leading process and systems improvement initiatives in collaboration with the Operations Director. You'll also work closely with global IT teams and external providers to deliver projects and support broader digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the local IT strategy aligned with business needs.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to prioritise systems and process improvements.
- Conduct full analysis of current systems/processes and recommend improvements with costings.
- Lead delivery of IT projects with internal and external teams, ensuring successful outcomes on time and on budget.
- Provide progress updates to senior management and ensure alignment with global IT governance.
- Oversee IT infrastructure and user support, including hardware and software across multiple device types.
- Manage IT budgets and report on spending.
- Develop, implement and maintain IT policies and procedures to support organisational goals.
- Champion technology adoption and support employees in effective tech usage.
Essential Experience & Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in IT, including infrastructure and systems project delivery.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills—both technical and non-technical.
- Demonstrated ability to influence business decisions through IT solutions.
- Experience leading or managing a small IT support team.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field.
- A mindset of curiosity and continuous improvement.
Desirable (Not Essential)
- Business process mapping experience.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
