I am hiring for a IT Enterprise Applications Architect. This senior role reports directly to the CIO, offering significant influence and the ability to drive meaningful change across the organization. The successful candidate will be an experienced technology leader with over 10 years in application development, implementation, and enterprise architecture. They will define and govern architecture principles, ensure alignment with business objectives, and lead the strategic direction of the IT landscape, particularly within Financial Services.
Key skills and responsibilities:
- Deep knowledge of IT business applications, integration, security, and cloud infrastructure
- Expertise in Financial Services technology, ideally within Wealth Management
- Strong engagement skills with senior stakeholders up to Board level
- Direct influence to implement enterprise-wide architectural and technology change
- Experience evaluating and integrating enterprise systems and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce)
- Ability to communicate complex architectural concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of leading successful technology initiatives and driving strategic outcomes
